What customers ask us
Do you sell retail?
Yes. Buy a single piece at the list price (VAT included), or mix any 10 or more products and pay in advance to get the group price on the whole order.
What is a group buy?
Any order of 10 or more items — mix brands and shades freely — paid in advance by bank transfer (VietQR) is charged at the group price shown on each product page, 20–60% below list depending on the line. Orders under 10 items, or paid on delivery (COD), are charged at the list price.
Are the products notified in Vietnam?
Yes. All 438 SKUs across Mooekiss, CHEERYEP, TIMAGE and CFB carry a Vietnamese cosmetic product notification number and a Vietnamese sub-label, and we hold the brand authorisation letters. Want to see the paperwork? Message us on Zalo.
Can you issue invoices?
Yes. We are a registered company (tax code 0318932195) and issue VAT e-invoices on request — leave a note at checkout or email info@cfbbeauty.com.
Where is the warehouse, and how fast do you ship?
Our store and warehouse are in Ho Chi Minh City — Richstar Hòa Bình RS3-SH13, 278 Hòa Bình, Phú Thạnh Ward, open Mon–Sat 8:00–17:00 — and the stock is on hand, so nothing waits on a shipment from China. We ship nationwide by J&T Express: 30.000đ per order, free from 500.000đ. Orders are handed to the courier within 24 working hours of payment; Ho Chi Minh City takes 1–3 working days, other provinces 2–5. Full details in our shipping policy.
How do I pay, and can I return something?
Bank transfer (VietQR) or cash on delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 days for damage in transit (please film the unboxing), a wrong item or shade, or a manufacturer defect — not for opened or used items or a change of mind. See our returns policy and payment policy.
I am new to these brands — where should I start?
Pick two or three easy wins — matte lip mud, blush, base — with one best-selling shade in each. Reach 10 items and the whole order gets the group price, so you can try several lines without spending much.
How do I see the full catalogue?
The catalogue page lists all 517 products — one photo per SKU, every shade, size and list price. Add to cart and check out right here on the website.
